Can you think of a car that looks less at home in America than a tiny Abarth with a coachbuilt body and four times as much performance as the Fiat it was based on? Meet the Californian Fiat Abarth Zagato 750 GT Corsa, one of only 21 ever built.
The 1957 double-bubble is the competition version of Abarth's version of a Fiat 600, with a hand-built aluminum body by Zagato, a bored out engine and the famous Austrian's finely tuned exhaust making sure you get the full on racing experience at any speed.
It's owner, Carl Gustav Magnusson, ran the Mille Miglia five times with his previous 750 Zagato before moving to America, and while that car stayed in Europe, it didn't take long before he bought another for his adventures overseas. This super rare, all original Corsa is regularly driven ever since.
Proof that less can be so much more when it comes to pure driving pleasure.
