Apparently, these are screencaps from some '80s Russian action movie, one in which the US Coast Guard was a way more aggressive fighting force than their actual mission requires. Still, the Hind looks quite dapper in its Coastie clothes don't you think?
These images also remind us that the Mi-24 was really a brilliant design in that it was an attack helicopter with limited troop carrying abilities. This made the aircraft especially useful for inserting small special forces teams and resupplying those teams without the need for an additional armed escort. Also, the Hind's troop carrying capability is useful for plucking out other downed chopper crews and at least it is better than strapping yourself to the side of an Apache.
