The 2015 Subaru WRX is fan-freaking-tastic. And at just $26,295, it's a steal. Well, if you want a faster, wing-ier WRX,the new STI will set you back $34,995. That's the same price as the old car.
That's right folks, for $26,295 you can have one of the most fun cars that we've driven in ages. A little rally weapon that looks homely but has the heart of a loving, caring bulldog. It's a must drive as far as we're concerned.
If you want to go a little more hardcore, for $34,995 you can have a WRX with a giant wing, 305 horsepower, torque vectoring, stiffer chassis, and a better interior.
But what if you want it in WR Blue with gold wheels? Well, the 1,000 launch edition cars will cost $37,395 and have the iconic blue and gold color scheme, blue accents on the interior, and a short throw shifter.
If you want to be coddled (well, coddled for an STI, which is like being thrown down carpeted stairs), set aside $38,495 for the STI limited, which has a power driver's seat, leather interior, and a Harman Kardon stereo.
I just drove the STI. I can't tell you how it was yet. But I will. Eventually.
