Ron Burgundy Tells Conan That The Dodge Durango Is A Terrible Car

We shouldn't be surprised that a guy like Ron Burgundy will say anything for a buck, so it's no shocker that he really doesn't think highly of the Dodge Durango he's been selling us for the last few weeks.

OK, not really. Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy told Conan O'Brien last night that the Durango is " a terrible car" and that the folks at Chrysler are "suckers" for paying him to endorse it.

We all know they're just jokes and the 2014 Durango is a not-terrible car. The Pentastar V6 is a fine engine in that truck and I also like the taillights. But we'll see in a couple of days if Burgundy's magic keeps working and sales of the Durango hold up. Last month, they were through the roof after the campaign began.
