Landon Wilburn has a grudge. Staked out by the side of the road, armed with nothing but a Hot Wheels-brand radar gun and a siren-equipped flashlight, he's tackling his Louisville, Kentucky neighborhood's speeding problem single-handedly. Said one local resident of the results: "When I saw it happening, I got the biggest kick out of it. People were locking up their brakes when they saw him."
Unconfirmed reports state that speeders have been warned not to stop if confronted by an angry 11-year old wearing a day-glo vest and a bicycle helmet. Wilburn's mom doesn't share her community's concerns, describing her son as "special" during a Fox News interview.
