A rare custom Ferrari Enzo (itself already more rare than steak tartare) — claimed to be the world's fastest — crashed into a Canadian lake earlier today as part of the Targa Newfoundland race. No word on any injuries, but the doors are open so that's a good sign.UPDATE
This video from the Flying Miata project shows how they're getting ready for the upcoming Targa Newfoundland with something a little more powerful than the stock fourbanger: an L33 5.3-liter Chevy V8 putting down 400 horsepower to the wheels. Even better? They did it with the support of the Miata community.
The Stillen GT-R
Steve Millen has a long history tweaking Nissans and this version of the STILLEN GT-R for the Targa Newfoundland has been bumped to provide 620 HP AWD horsies — good enough for a 0-to-60 MPH jaunt of 2.9 seconds.
