After signs that it could be based on the front-wheel-drive Taurus platform (heresy!) or killed altogether, it looks like there could be a future for Australia's affordable rear-wheel-drive sedan after all. That future? The Mustang.
If you haven't noticed, Ford's stopping its policy of making awesome cars for Europe and Australia and shitty cars for America, instead simply deciding to just give us the awesomeness we always wanted. The policy is called One Ford and it means global platform sharing.
