Police in Ohio say Colondra Hamilton, 36, admitted to driving while using a sex toy while also watching porn on a passenger's laptop. She was arrested and charged with "inappropriate alertness" and illegal window tinting, for which Ohioans are grateful.
The incident occurred at 7 PM, August 17th on Township Avenue in Elmwood Place, a small village in central Hamilton County, Ohio.
