    It's worth reminding everyone that "DUI" doesn't mean drunk. It's a legal definition that is not directly correlated with impairment for any particular individual, and is a definition largely based on the activities of a specific, and fairly narrow, subset of zero-tolerance pressure groups. Further, at 10:45 p.m. I'm not certain how impaired this guy might actually have been. That's pretty early, at least in these parts.

    That being said, arresting this man on the simple grounds of aesthetic offense would strike me as supremely defensible. A night in jail might go far towards improving his sense of style. #stupidcriminals
