Welcome to the Jalopnik Weekend Motorsports Roundup, where we let you know what's going on in the world of racing, where you can see it, and talk about it all in one convenient place. Where else would you want to spend your weekend?

Expecting a lousy weekend because you're in the path of the potentially murderous Snor'eastercane? Then have no fear: racing will make everything better, as it always does.

This weekend's big draw will be the Indian Grand Prix Formula One race, complete with Ferrari and their super blatant "fuck you" gesture to the people of India. And while Ferrari is keeping it classy over there, you can also enjoy some Sprint Cup action at home with the delightfully-named Tums Fast Relief 500. For those of you who aren't NASCAR followers, the answer is no, I am not making that up.

Also, be sure check out the FIA WEC 6 Hours of Shanghai live online Saturday night.

And if your power goes out because of Hurricane Sandy, just sit back and imagine the racing inside your mind. That's what I do most weekends and it works out pretty well for me.
