The McLaren P1 has a lot of things going for it, like insane horsepower, unbelievable technology, and affordability. (Wait, no, not the last one.) We can add one more to that list: it looks really, really great in the famed blue and orange Gulf Oil livery.
So what if McLaren isn't as linked to the Gulf coloring as, say, Ford or Porsche? They've still had a few good Gulf cars, and I think we've proven by now that these colors make pretty much every car look better. And when you have something as stunning as the P1 to start with, things only go up from there.
According to Autoblog, this particular P1 was ordered through McLaren's Special Operations customization program by Canadian venture capitalist and philanthropist Miles Nadal. He has good taste.
