The TICU: Fighting The Man, One Ice Cream At A Time

This is no ordinary ice cream truck. It's the Tactical Ice Cream Unit, from the Center for Tactical Magic. Don't let the happy music and frozen treats fool you, these beatniks behind this are out to subvert every element of our American society. When you're busy supporting Wal-Mart and not protesting the war, the TICU is out on the street, handing out populist messages to impressionable young children. Worst of all, they're giving away ice cream for free. Yeah, we're kidding. But the free ice cream part is real. Read on:

The idea, as far as we can tell, is that the TICU supports any sort of anti- war/globalization/capitalist/corporate greed/police brutality event by giving out free ice cream, along with promotional material. It also slips under the radar of law-enforcement types by posing as a regular ice cream truck. Genius, really, but that's just because we're suckers for free ice cream. The truck also serves as home base for a mobile ice cream cart. Should anything newsworthy break out that the conglomerated media doesn't want you to know about, the TICU has 12 video cameras and satellite internet to get the message out to the people. And, once again, they give out free ice cream.
