Robby Gordon is a living legend with one of the most diverse trophy cases in racing. On January 24th, 2014 he came through for a live Q&A with Jalopnik readers. Your questions and his answers are in the comments below.
Gordon may have had a tough go at this year's Dakar, he's an incredibly talented and versatile racer. While he gained most of his fame through his NASCAR victories, he's proven himself to be something of a racing renaissance man with impressive performances in Trans-Am, NASCAR Truck, and Indy Car and off-road desert races including the Baja and Dakar rallies over the course of his career.
More recently he's added a new venture to his portfolio — the Stadium Super Truck series, which Robby founded and so far holds the winningest record in.
If you haven't seen it, Stadium Super Trucks is a spectacle not to be missed. Full of jumps and drifts, it pretty much looks like what would happen if you could play Mario Kart as a Trophy Truck.
Robby's also behind a new Red Bull-esque canned beverage called Speed Energy. With flavors like "ethanol" and "unleaded" I feel a little nervous recommending you try it, but I'm sure Robby will be happy to answer questions about that as well.
