There was a time, not too long ago, where anything with two wheels and 200 hp was nearly impossible to control. Now there's this: a home-build, turbocharged Yamaha FZ1 that's putting out enough grunt to spin the world sideways.

The builder, known only as Mr. Helmut, has slapped a turbocharger onto his FZ1 for a total output of 315 hp, or 287 wheel horsepower at 9,400 rpm and 151 lb-ft of torque at 8,800 rpm. Here's the dyno chart to prove it:

Sure, as an exercise in engineering extremes, it's great, but watch the video. It's an unhinged, uncontrollable, wheeling Grim Reaper that even Evil Knievel would look at and shake his head. And before you ask, yes, Beelzebub Mr. Helmut is taking orders.
