LA-based photographer and soon-to-be director Tyler Shields took his Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow to the Mojave Desert and blew it up with some REDs rolling in the name of art. Boom.
I wouldn't call destroying icons of wealth with Johann Strauss' Blue Danube playing in the background an original idea, but Shields seems to be hooked on a feeling because in 2012, he made his then girlfriend Francesca Eastwood burn a $100,000 Hermès Birkin Bag as well. They got death threats after that stunt.
I don't have to tell you what Francesca's dad would do to him if Shields touched his car, but even I have a problem with this particular Silver Shadow's demise since it was a runner that "drove amazing" off road too. A shame to see it go only for some shock value.
Now, if you would like to replicate this using a Cadillac Cimarron, a brunette and Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries in the Australian Outback, just use a GoPro 4 Black. 4K for 30 minutes should be enough for the bang.
