Christoffer Castor of Sweden finally found a buyer for his cat-stickered orange Volvo with color-matched spinsie-winsies and a haunted backseat: the Forza Horizon 2 team. Finally, the gentle Swede is free to roam the country, as far from the land of sister-biting møøse and köttbullar as it pleases.

Enter the tale of a happy Volvo finding a new lease on life, bound to smack all the fika-having, pre-dinner-mayonnaise-enjoying, funemployed types out there right in the feels. It has purpose! New friends! And plenty of sideways wagon action.

There is only one problem with this video, lovingly produced by the Forza Horizon 2 team in the style of the original ad: the fine print that appears around the 0:10 mark.

1993 Volvo 245GL used in promotional video scenes only. Not available in Forza Horizon 2 game.

Let me ask you this, fancy-schmancy game designers: what would be better than hooning through the countryside in a lovely bright orange Volvo wagon with cat photos pasted to the side window?

The only thing I can think of is a GT3 RS 4.0 with a frunk full of ice cream, and since you can't eat ice cream through a video game, my point is null. Nada. This orange Volvo is the car you need to add to make this game great.

Besides, if there's one thing I know about cats and windows—even sticker cats—it's that you better continue to put that wagon sideways as often as possible so Fluffy and Lingonsylt can see.

Freeing this Volvo from a parking spot needed for another car was a good deed. Letting it play with roaring Evos and Lamborghinis in the trailer fills me with warm, brick-loving fuzzies. Not adding it to the game for the rest of us to enjoy, however, makes me a sad møøse.
