With some jobs, you get to drive a few of the best vehicles out there. If your name is Jeremy Clarkson, you get to drive all of them.
Still, here are nine more jobs where you can have plenty of fun:
10.) Forklift operator
There are no limits of what you can do with these babies. They are fun.

9.) Coal mining machine operator
Amazingly some of the largest land vehicles in the world have just one operator. Yes, you've undoubtedly got the power.

8.) Car detailer
Ok, so they aren't your cars, but according to lonestranger, you got to try a lot of them. Also, do it right, and you can afford to have an awesome 911.

7.) Zamboni man
Zambonis are cool as ice, in every way.

6.) U2 Chaser
Spy planes are more than a bit tricky to takeoff and land. We've got a story for you about how they do it using muscle cars as chase vehicles. Needless to say, fast driving is involved.

5.) Charter pilot
It's not as good as being the passenger, but these things are fast (Mach 0.92 in some cases) and nimble, not to mention the VIP treatment also involves the pilots in many cases.

4.) F1 Safety/Medical Car driver
Ok, so no hooning. But what you have is either an SLS or an AMG Estate with a V8 and no silencers whatsoever. Oh, and the best racetracks in the world. Max Finkel explains it in detail:
It would be very easy to jump straight to F1 or rally or DTM or V8 supercar driver and be done with this, but rather than take the unfair way out, I'm gonna suggest something close but not quite as obvious. The best car that comes with a job is F1 medical responder. In this position, you've got a C63 or E63 AMG wagon as your standard ride.
It's a wildly tail-happy, overpowered grocery-getter that also provides all the space for the necessary tools to save a critically injured race car driver. There might be a lot of [life or death] pressure on you to do your job well, but the upside is that you get to drive the hoon's ideal ride on the bet racetracks in the world at breakneck speeds. You know what? All first-responder emergency vehicles ought to be high-powered Mercedes super-wagons.

3.) USAF Thunderbird pilot
All the fun of a jet fighter without the risk of getting shot at. It still pretty risky because of the stunts pulled, but it's an honor to be a part of the team. Brian, The Life of has some sweet memories:
Thunderbird pilot. I grew up in an Air Force town and these guys were the absolute coolest cats on the planet to me. Had I grown up where I live now (San Diego), I'm sure my answer would be Blue Angel Pilot - both are equally acceptable answers.
When you think about it, they have awesomely cool jobs ... certainly the best gig in the military. The get to fly hot rods without getting shot at, they do these amazing shows all over the world, and talk about a slam dunk when chatting up women. "Me? Oh I'm just a Thunderbird pilot." World's fastest close, right there.

2.) Racecar driver
Because racecar. And if you're Kimi Räikkönen, you don't have to take the bullshit.

1.) Being Jeremy Clarkson
Yes, the automotive writer/journalist/complainer extraordinaire is getting old, fat and bold, but since he joined Top Gear in 1988, he has driven everything we dream of and a bit more. Plus, he gets paid pretty well too...
