Why buy a $1.5 million hybrid hypercar when you can’t even put the top down? It seems that Ferrari might just have the solution for the world’s well-to-do wind enthusiasts. A report from a photographer seems to indicate a LaFerrari Spider will be unveiled at a private event soon.

As pointed out by our friends at Road & Track, a package from shooter D. Benoit appears to preview a topless LaFerrari on the horizon:

Which shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise, as Ferrari is often in the habit of cutting the tops off its models some time after the roofed versions make their debuts. Expect a vastly more exorbitant price tag to come with the hybrid V12 engine.

Of course, this isn’t an official confirmation yet, so take it with a grain of salt. But it may mean we have something very fast and very Spider-y to look forward to soon.
