You could make a strong argument for Southern California as America’s capital of car culture. Since moving there I’ve learned most apartment garages forbid automotive maintenance and it damn sure ain’t allowed on the street. So where’s a propertyless cretin like myself supposed to do an oil change?
We’re always looking for ways to make car ownership more engaging and economical. I haven’t always had access to my own garage but I’ve never had trouble tracking down some square footage to screw around with tools and toys. Until now.
Obviously I’m not the first person with this problem, and I’m sure our enthusiastic commentariat will step up to help me and everyone else who finds this post find a place to wrench!
So let’s get into it; do cost-effective methods of accessing workspace exist? What and where the heck are they?
