Mazda hasn't formally announced it yet, but the car you're looking at is almost certainly the 2014 Mazda3. It showed up in some Japanese magazine scans earlier this month, and now here it is in person, having popped up on a Russian Facebook account of all places.
The red car in this photo certainly looks like the blue hatchback from those magazine scans.
Overall, it's not a bad design. It looks much sleeker and streamlined than the outgoing Mazda3, although part of me feels like it looks too much like a shrunken down CX-5. Not that that's bad or anything, it's just a bit derivative.
We'll see if this is accurate when the car gets revealed later this year. More than anything, I just hope it's as rewarding to drive as the current Mazda3.
Also, go ahead with any Russian dash cam jokes that have popped into your head now.
