Yeah, it’s important that the safety driver focuses on being ready to take over at a moment’s notice. Seems like somebody else should be watching a screen to make sure that the system is still recognizing objects, even if it doesn’t need to react to them. I agree, “observer” would be a more fitting title for that. Read more
