I rarely had an issue switching when I was switching between the US and Japan frequently, though I drove RHD on the left side of the road and LHD on the right side of the road (never opposite of the market). We had two cars in Japan, both RHD.. unfortunately the signal and wiper stalks were the reverse of each other.. Read more
