Completely agree. The Tomcat is still the most gorgeous aircraft to ever be produced. I completely freaked out when I saw one sitting off the side of I-70 while driving through western Kansas (Wakeeney, KS). I had to stop and get a pic with it! It was such a childhood hero for me.

That 4runner is such a sweet machine, but it’s not pretty. The body rust has taken hold of it. It’s an ‘88 with the V6 and 5 speed and it seriously drives like new. Almost better than that damn Tacoma I wrote about last article. :) Read more

I would put the VVTI actuator at the top. Depending on the engine, those are usually somewhat easy to replace. Leaving that broken can cause some serious issues with the engine and the catalytic converter. Read more

I don’t use it often, but I haven’t had any problems with it. The table for the rotary disc portion is a little wobbly, but it works fine enough. You can’t beat the price. Read more
