Indeed! I looked at BRT, but I mostly determined this ranking based on projected ridership. It definitely would have been a longer list (indeed, there are many rail projects cheaper than these, too) but they’re projected to serve fewer riders.

I would not characterize 14% less as “a whole lot less bad” as original commenter did considering the range of far more fuel efficient options out there than a 911 (including a number of hybrid models from Porsche) but I guess this is a matter of opinion.
