Sometimes slow is fun, quirky, and better than cars with twice as much power. Other times, slow is just plain slow. What's the slowest car you can buy today?

I'm a fan of the saying "it's better to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow." It's so true. On public roads, driving a McLaren at 45 is an exercise in boredom. My Miata or other cars like the new Fiesta ST or Mazda2 are just little boxes of fun you can fling around all day and never break the law.

Not all slow cars are fun. What we're looking for is the slowest. That means slow acceleration and a low top speed. What's the slowest you can find?
