To celebrate the launch of Night Breaker Unlimited, the latest upgrade halogen headlight bulb in its range, Osram is launching a Twitter competition inviting car enthusiasts to ‘guess the headlights’ for a chance to win some great prizes. The competition is simple: over one week in October (14-18) @OsramUK will tweet a different daily picture, asking Twitter users to guess the make and model of the car pictured from just the headlight shown. Five daily winners drawn at random from the correct answers will receive a DUO PACK of Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs (worth approx. £35), and all the correct answers will go into a draw at the end of the week for a chance to win an Osram LED Light@Day DRL Kit (worth £125.99 inc. VAT).
The competition is open to all UK (excluding Northern Ireland) Twitter users, and will most likely appeal to people with a passion for cars and the latest performance technology. Night Breaker Unlimited offers drivers the very latest in halogen headlight upgrade solutions, providing as much as 110% more light on the road ahead, a light beam up to 40 metres longer and a 20% whiter light compared to a standard Osram halogen bulb. Its launch is perfectly timed with the arrival of late autumn and darker winter months where poor headlight quality and performance could affect safety and visibility. As a like-for-like replacement of a standard halogen headlight bulb, Night Breaker Unlimited is a very easy upgrade. No re-wiring is required, just simply remove the existing bulb and replace it with the corresponding Night Breaker Unlimited bulb. As both are ECE-approved and road legal, they are approved for use on public roads across Europe.
“We only make light bulbs at Osram, so we concentrate all of our efforts into research and development before we produce and launch a new product to the market,” says John Lancaster, Business Unit Manager for Speciality Products at Osram UK. “With Night Breaker Unlimited drivers can experience a much brighter bulb and a much whiter light as well. Safety on the road should never be compromised, so if there is one improvement any driver should make to their car this winter I would suggest upgrading their headlights to Night Breaker Unlimited.”
Night Breaker Unlimited is on sale in the UK from October from a range of online and walk-in retailers. Please visit www.nightbreakerunlimited.co.uk for more information and a full list of stockists.
