Thomas Urbach, the President and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Korea, took his own life in Germany during a trip to visit the automaker's headquarters.

Details are scarce, but it sounds like Urbach was suffering from chronic depression for the last 10 years, and there is speculation that led to the suicide. Urbach sent an email that made the COO of Benz Korea contact local authorities to check on his well-being. By the time the police got there, it was too late
