A new system from auto supplier Magna turns a car's rear window into a giant subwoofer, using a combination of exciters, a 200-watt amplifier and a special sealant that allows the glass to vibrate at low frequencies.

It's at least four years away from production, so America's custom subwoofer box artisans still have some time to adapt and continue their hearing loss. Photo: CarAudio
