Is This Brake Rotor Going The Right Way?

Since everyone that comments on Jalopnik is a self proclaimed expert on all things automotive, I thought I'd ask those "In-The-Know" if they think this rotor is going the wrong way.

Cruising around the pits at the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) National Championships at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah, you see all sorts of things: Fast cars, fast wrecked cars and the occasional mechanical uncertainty. I have done my time sitting on the cold garage floor, holding a rotor in one hand and scratching my head with the other, "Which way are these cross-drilled fandangled things supposed to go again?" Obviously, since these guys are racing at the National Championship level, you would have to assume they know what they are doing. My understanding is it all comes down to the direction of the inner vents, if they even have a direction (not the direction of the outer slots) and depending on the manufacturer of the rotor these things can go either way. What direction would you go?
