It was never really extremely clear when, exactly, the first episode of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May’s new Amazon show The Grand Tour would go live on Amazon Prime. It was expected to be just after 7:00 p.m. EST, but it’s live right now! Go watch it!
In what has been claimed to be one of the most expensive “television” episodes ever filmed, The Grand Tour’s premiere titled “The Holy Trinity” is available to watch right now for Amazon Prime subscribers.
The first episode, from what I’ve gathered desperately searching for screenshots, involves the tent segment early on in the show, a BMW M2, Ferrari 488, the holy trinity of supercars including the La Ferrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918, and, as promised, an epic, epic introduction in the desert.
The Jalopnik crew will be launching a live blog in a few minutes, but if you can’t wait, we’ll understand.
Go!
