There’s a new 1.5-liter turbocharged engine to choose from—a first for the CR-V—rated at 190 horsepower. Customers who don’t want that can still get a 2.4-liter naturally aspirated engine. Both are fine and good, I am sure.
Honda was also keen to mention that the infotainment system “now features a physical volume knob,” which is arguably the best piece of news about this car. Recent Hondas have lacked actual buttons on their big touch screens.
Knobs are the best and clearly the most superior method of regulating sound levels. Someone at Honda has a good head on their shoulders.
