What It's Really Like To Live With The 2016 Ford Focus RS

Chanting for the Ford Focus RS has grown quite loud over the past year or so, and now that people are finally starting to take delivery of the cars, the next thing we want to know is how it is to live with.

Regular Car Reviews says ergonomically, it kind of sucks. Apparently. The bolsters are too high, the rearward visibility is terrible, the turning radius is wider than a Mitsubishi Evo’s (gah). It’s got less trunk space than the Focus ST and there is no spare tire. So. Learn to fix a flat or invest in AAA roadside assistance.

Also, drift mode does not help you drift. All it does is let you drift. You better know what you’re doing after that.

But besides all of that stuff, which doesn’t really amount to a dealbreaker, the Focus RS is a peppy, boosty, turbo-y hot hatch that you can cart your family around in. Because it’s all about the people, it’s all about the community and sharing.

Let Mr. Regular tell you the rest.
