James May had a reputation on old Top Gear as being famously nerdy and detail-driven, more so than the other two hosts. As a fan, I didn’t mind in the slightest. In the latest episode of his series “The Reassembler,” he puts together an electric guitar and it’s absolutely enthralling to watch.
Sprinkled throughout the video are delightful clips that teach you all about the history of the electric guitar and rock and roll. And you get to learn a lot of very interesting screwdriver facts. My advice is to memorize these, because they will make you more interesting at parties.
