If you’ve ever let a dog run free out of a fence, you know what an animal enjoying its primal environment looks like. That’s the Koenigsegg One:1 at the Nürburgring, back for the first time since last year to maybe accidentally set some lap records.
To sum up what that article linked above reads, essentially Koenigsegg was all set up to test the One:1 and maybe set a ‘Ring record last year, and then the Nürburgring banned manufacturer lap records and the Swedish supercar gods had to pack up.
Now they’re coming back! Not to set a lap record, but to yea, actually set a lap record. It’s going to take months of testing and tweaking, but I’m sure they’ll let us know as soon as they’ve destroyed the Porsche 918's 6:57 time.
I wonder who they have driving?
