Toad the Wet Sprocket is a band that I remember simply being in the background of so many memories. Like other great late 80s and early 90s alternative, I don’t recall considering myself a “fan” per se. I can’t say that I know if I considered them “good.” I only know that if I had to make a soundtrack of my life, “All I Want” and “Walk on the Ocean” would be fairly early tracks. And unlike many of the other bands on that soundtrack, they’re still together and have a fairly new album.

And when I listen to these songs, especially on my commute, I do “feel that way.”
