What Car Has The Most Pompous Name?

There’s an old Seinfeld bit about cars being named to make the buyer associate the car with something the car isn’t close to related to. “How many Barons drive a LeBaron?” But what car has a pompous name that could be considered nearly insulting?

My vote goes to the Scion iQ, the thought being that Scion wants the buyers of the iQ to think that they’re smarter than the average bear. They’ve purchased an iQ, they are clever. It also refers to the clever packaging of the car to fit so much in such a small space.

But it just feels like the car is declaring to the world that it is so intelligent. It’s like a Smart car, but saying it in a way that makes you think, which makes it worse.
