A nip here, a tuck there. The 2015 Ford Focus ST is still the ST you've come to know and love, just sharpened. Which means it's probably still awesome.

The 2015 ST is not "all-new" or even "pretty much new." Instead, it's been honed and sharpened. Kind of like a Ginsu knife. Yes, now it can cut a boot in half.

Ford sent us a list of what's new, and the majority of it seems very, very minor. It includes things like a new front and rear fascia, new wheel designs, standard HID headlights and Recaro seats on the ST2 and ST3, new colors, LED lighting, stripes, and a freshened interior.

The mostly cosmetic updates also add recalibrated electric steering, new shocks and springs, and, well, that's about it. The turbo mill under the hood still puts out a healthy 252 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque.

Other than that, it's the hot hatch you know and love. Which means it's still awesome. The new car makes its public debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend.
