There are so many questions that are unanswered here. What happened to the two right tires? Why is the driver proceeding without them? Don't they hear a scraping noise? Do they think that noise is normal? What about the diminished ride quality?
Is this sort of thing becoming an epidemic? Or does nobody care about anything anymore?
