If you got the impression that a Nissan GT-R could easily outrace a stock Porsche 911 Turbo with a soft top, watch this.
The 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet gets 520 horsepower from a six-cylinder turbo with a claimed acceleration time of 3.1 seconds (with the Chrono pack). It also has a curb weight of 3,671 lb.
With the current Nissan GT-R, you get 545 horsepower and a quantum leap at 2.7 seconds from its V6, but Nissan's all-wheel drive giant slayer is also pretty heavy at 3,851 lbs.

We got used to GT-Rs winning any drag race people can throw at them, but Evo found out that's hardly the case today.
Well, at least it's still cheaper than the 911 even after getting super expensive.
