How do you get the world's first "megacar" ready for a major global auto show? Exactly how you'd probably want to drive it: very carefully and flat out.
In the debut episode of /INSIDE KOENIGSEGG 2, Christian von Koenigsegg oversees the final preparation of the first One:1 "megacar" ahead of the Geneva Motor Show this past month.
As Travis found out recently, the 1360-hp One:1 gets its name from an astounding power-to-weight ratio of one horsepower to every kilogram of curb weight. They've done that, first by producing an engine that produces the approximate equivalent of a megawatt, and through extreme, cutting-edge weight-saving measures.
this season, von Koenigsegg will take us through the development process and technologies of the One:1 — which is estimated to be capable of a top speed of 280 mph — just he did with the car's predecessor, the Agera R, during the first season of /INSIDE KOENIGSEGG.
