What 25 Year Old Car Would You Import To America?

We can now get the R32 Nissan GT-R in America. We're just 25 years behind. What non-US legal car would import now that we've crossed the 25 year threshold?

The rules are simple, the car just has to be built in 1989 or before, and could never have been imported legally to America before.

Me? I'd probably go for an Alpine A310, since it's absurdly cool. Although, I'd only import that if I had to import a car in 2014. See, in 2015, cars from 1990 become 25 years old. That means that the Lotus Carlton will be eligible, which is a total dream saloon for anybody who loves sleepers.

I can wait one more, year can? For the time being, show us what you'd import now, if you had the chance.
