We've been accused of ragging on dealerships quite a bit, but the truth of the matter is that stories of people getting up, going to work, and doing a good job don't always make the news. But more often than not, the whole car buying experience doesn't have to be so bad.
Millions of cars are sold across the world every year, which means that, statistically at the very least, some of you must be having absolutely great experiences. Maybe a kind associate made sure you had your car in time to pick up the kids from college. Maybe they gave you a courtesy car, even though they didn't have to, and inside was a glorious gift basket full of fruit and flowers and crackers, because who doesn't love crackers.
Or maybe you tried to haggle with them, you offered a price, and they just said "okay," and that was it. You walked out that day with a brand new Rolls-Royce Phantom.
But every dealership experience is personal. What's your best? Let us know in the comments below!
