The crash of a high speed train in northwestern Spain yesterday has claimed 77 lives and left scores injured. Early indications are that the train was going too fast into a bend, causing it to derail, as show as in this surveillance video.
The accident happened on Wednesday near Santiago De Compostela when the train, which is capable of going 155 mph, left the tracks. You can see it jump the track mid-turn and then fly into a wall.
