The sun rises over the Nürburgring

The 24 Hours of Nürburgring starts Saturday afternoon (sauerkraut time) and with the waving of the green flag comes with it the hopes of many Americans cheering on the P4/5 Competizione. Here's what the 'Ring looked like this morning.

We've been following the P4/5 Competizione from day one, so it's gratifying to see what some may have dismissed as folly come to life — and now get ready to spread its carbon fiber wings in just three short days.
