Sometimes a Puerto Rican driving a $400,000 Lamborghini is a drug kingpin

We didn't call the photo of the NYPD searching a sliver Lamborghini Murciélago "racial profiling" because we don't know for sure what's going on in the photo.

To give the NYPD a little credit, it turns out that Puerto Rico's biggest drug trafficker, Angel Ayala-Vazquez, was driving around in a silver Lamborghini Murciélago purchased for him by National's pitcher Livan Hernandez.

Since that car was seized by the bank and sold off at auction it's possible the car is the same one (although unlikely), but none of that would indicate the owner is in any way associated with the drug trade. Just unlucky.

Maybe if you're a wealthy Puerto Rican businessman you should just buy a Ferrari.
