Today's desktop accoutrement comes from Jason Chatterley, who says this shot was produced while he was at Saleen but never used. And now the story:
Thought I'd submit this to you folks. A few years ago, when Saleen was still had a Saleen working there, I was the in-house design dept. (Started with 3, then began the lay-offs). We had no budget for photography, so I stepped in because I'll be damned if I had to design materials with snapshots of our cars. The deal was, I retain all the rights for everything I shoot.
Long story short. We had our silver S7 on "The Bachelor" (same car that was "God's Car" in Bruce Almighty.)
The car never stayed at the bachelors house... Andy I think his name was. We would have it locked up in a storage facility nearby.
So, after doing some b-roll for the show, the PR Manager and I decided to get some shots on Rodeo Drive.
The S7 was near the end of production, so we never really got to use the shot.
