Cops, firemen, and a haz-mat team in Cherokee County, Georgia spent most of the day cleaning trash off the highway after a semi-truck carrying garbage tipped over. The truck dumped its contents all over the asphalt and one most unfortunately positioned Honda Odyssey.
Apparently the truck just took the corner too hot. The 39-year-old woman driving the minivan and 47-year-old man driving the big rig were extracted by rescuers and taken to Northside Cherokee Hospital with what authorities called "non-life threatening injuries."
Still... that just. Stinks.
The trucker told police his brakes "gave way" as he was turning, Georgia State Police is looking into it.
