At Williams F1’s UK headquarters, even the topiary is infused with petrolhead geekiness.
According to The Daily Mail, each six foot high mechanic working on the driverless car is made from two separate plants. The structure is from Italy:
An Italian nursery made the model for Ferrari but Williams bought it and had the shape of the car changed to reflect their own car design.
It took two-and-a-half years for the plants to weave around their metal frames and they are now completely covered.
Dear commenters: let a thousand jokes bloom!
