What's The Weirdest Car Video Game?

Racing games are pretty straightforward: you offer some cars, you drive around some racetracks, you add new paint and spoilers. Not everyone follows this formula.

This is CrazyBus, a Venezuelan Sega Genesis game from 2004. All you do is "drive" straight by holding the right button. You can also go in reverse with the left button, or use the horn. There is no scenery, there is no objective, there is nothing but the inexorable non-progress of the bus.

Surely there are weirder car video games. What's the strangest you know?
