Traffic really shouldn't be that bad. Everyone is going largely in the same direction, and we could all just proceed smoothly forward. It's never that simple.
There are always drivers clogging the left lane, screeching across four lanes to get to their exit, and rubbernecking at the slightest hint of an accident. One particularly infuriating habit of drivers on the highway is when there's a line of cars leading up to an exit, or just stuck in a jam, and someone decides to coast past everyone on the hard shoulder. Guess what? You're the worst person in the world.
